Delivery

We are all excited about our parcels after ordering. We will attend to your order as soon as it is placed. For orders placed before 6pm, we aim to send all orders by the next business day (Mondays to Fridays except weekends and public holidays in Singapore).

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped.

 

Domestic shipping 

All parcels will shipped using tracked postages only so that you have better visibility of your packages. We use courier services (and Smartpac in some instances) most of the time for local parcels. We offer tracked shipping at a subsidised rate of $3 per package (up to 5kg). For orders above $50 (instead of $100 previously), you will enjoy free tracked shipping. 

Tracked shipping consists of courier service or Smartpac (by Singapore Post). SingPost will take 2 to 3 days to deliver Smartpac. For courier service, packages will be delivered on the next day after it has been collected. As third party services are used to fulfill delivery requests, delivery lead times are provided on a best-effort basis and not guaranteed.

 

International shipping

International customers pay the actual shipping cost levied by Singpost or other selected courier. You can view the estimated shipping at check out.
